1 - Year Warranty on all iPhone & iPad Repairs

We guarantee that the replacement part for your device will not fail. It is our promise to all our customers that we stand by our parts and fully cover the parts we use to install on all our customer's device. Even if we have to pay for the part ourselves and take the extra time resolve any issues, we will make sure to cover the 1- Year Warranty on all our parts and service for iPhone and iPad repairs.

If a customer experience problems within 1- Year (365-days), PCS HQ will take full responsibility of both the part and labor and the customer will not pay anything for the replacement part or labor. After 1- Year (365-days), if the customer is experiencing problems with their device, PCS HQ cannot take any responsibility for the repair. **1- Year warranty will only cover iPhone and iPad repairs. iPhone or iPad battery is only covered with a 30-day warranty. All other devices and repairs will be covered with a 30-day warranty.**

Policy Information

Customers authorize PCS HQ to perform the work indicated. PCS HQ is not responsible for any equipment left over 30 days after the work is  complete. Customers are aware that any given electronic can go bad at any time & responsibility cannot be taken on by PCS HQ. PCS HQ is not  responsible for any lost data such as picture/music/application/contacts & not responsible for any case/memory card/accessories. No Trouble  Found will incur a minimum shop estimate charge of $25 for diagnostics on Phones & Tablets; $45 for PC; $75 for Mac. PCS HQ cannot take any responsibility of any device once the device warranty has expired. Warranty will not  be covered if the phone has been tampered with, physically damaged, LCD damaged, Digitizer damaged, screen lifting, excessive wear and tear, liquid damaged, drops, cracks, exposed to extreme heat or cold, or bent frame on their device. Must have proof of purchase or invoice to quality for a warranty exchange or warranty repair. Accidental Screen Damage Protection (ASDP) is a limited-time offer that will end on 11/15/18. ASDP is still elligible for customers who fixed their device on/or before 11/15/18. ASDP will not apply for any repairs after 11/15/18. All iPhone & iPad repairs with be backed with a 1-year warranty for both parts and labor. Only 30-Day warranty for all iPhone & iPad Battery Repairs. All other repairs will be backed with a 30-Day warranty (Samsung, LG, PC, Mac, etc.). Only 30 Day Warranty for battery repairs or batteries purchased through PCS HQ. All New or Certified Refurbished devices will be backed with a 90-Day warranty. 14 Days to Return or Exchange any New or Certified Refurbished Device. 14 Days Warranty & Return/Exchange on all Accessories. 25% Restocking Fee will be applied on all returns & 15% for exchanges. Warranty covers any defects on the repair and/or New/Certified Refurbished Device. Liquid Damage repair of $85/$149 will ONLY treat the motherboard. Any other parts that have been effected due to liquid damage will be an additional charge, on top of the $85/$149. There is NO Guarantee to liquid damage repair. NO warranty on Liquid Damage repair. Please  contact us immediately if there are any issues with the phone after the repair. If you cannot make it in time, please contact us through email or phone so we can note that you experiencing issues. We will gladly extend your warranty as long as you give us a notice and let us know   when you can come back. Customer is aware that by the law, electronics must be recycled and disposed properly. The customers old part  must be recycled and the customer cannot take their old parts with them. PCS HQ will dispose of the old parts properly. Refurbished/Used phones are sold As-Is. PCS HQ cannot take responsibility of the any Refurbished/Used device or repair after the warranty has ended.

Lifetime Warranty on Parts / 6-Months Warranty on Labor

We guarantee that the replacement part for your device will not fail. Even if we have to pay for the part ourselves, we will make sure to cover a Lifetime Warranty on all our parts. If a customer experience problems within 6 months (180-days), we will take full responsibility of both the part and labor and the customer will not pay anything for the replacement part or labor. After 6 months (180-days), if the customer is experiencing problems with their device, the parts will be covered 100% but there will be a labor charge of $40 for whatever part(s) that needs replacement. The Lifetime Warranty will not be covered if the phone has been tampered with, physically damaged, screen lifting, excessive wear and tear, liquid damaged, drops, cracks, exposed to extreme heat or cold, or bent frame on their device. Must have proof of purchase or invoice. Void where ineligible by law. Void where superseded by other warranty laws. Our maximum warranty liabilty shall never exceed the purchase price of the initial repair order associated with this device for the part that has been replaced and failed. In addition, if you elected not to proceed with any recommended repair (you selecetd a partial repair) we cannot provide a warranty; this is becasue a partial repair may inhibit the ability for all parts to operate normally. **Lifetime Warranty will only cover iPhone and iPad reapirs. iPhone or iPad battery is only covered with a 30-day warranty. All other devices and repairs will be covered with a 30-day warranty.**

PCS HQ Accidental Screen Damage Protection

It is our duty to make sure all our customers are happy and with our quality of service and parts. To make sure that you fell that we offered our best quality of service, all our customers will be enrolled in our Accidental Screen Damage Protection Program for up to 1-Year. (Limited to 1-per Device). You do not have to do anything to enroll in this program as you are automatically covered since the first day of your repair. If you have got a repair(s) through PCS HQ and you have accidentally damaged your screen, we will re-repair the same device again at 50% off. We understand you spent a lot of money to get your new screen fixed so we want to make sure to give you the maximum protection you deserve. Must have proof of purchase or invoice. **This program is only available for iPhone's and iPad's. This program will exclude a few devices: iPad Air 2, All iPad Pro Models, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone X, iPhone XR, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max**
